老年糖尿病患者的心血管死亡因素分析

【摘要】 目的 探討造成糖尿病患者心血管死亡的主要因素。方法 于病例收集前預先設計研究調查表，內容包括患者的一般情況、臨床癥狀、主要疾病史前、各項檢查結果、生化檢測數據、入院及死亡診斷相關(guān)、造成死亡原因等，以便作為后期分析的書(shū)面材料。

Analysis of Cardiovascular Death Factors in Elderly Diabetic Patients

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the factors of Cardiovascular death in elderly diabetic patients. Methods To design the survey before case collection. The survey which was made for the materials for analysis included general condition, clinical symptoms, mainly prehistoric disease, the test results, biochemical test data, hospital admission and mortality diagnosis-related, resulting in the cause of death, etc. Results Cardiovascular disease was the primary factor of elderly diabetes deaths (33.33%). Blood glucose and blood pressure of all the patients were higher than normal. And some of them had hyperlipidemia or hyperinsulinemia. Conclusion Hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hyperinsulinemia may cause fatal cardiovascular events with death. Clinical treatment and care should fcontrol the blood glucose, blood pressure and lipid.
WHO曾預計全球至2030年糖尿病患者數將達到3.66億，而據統計，我國糖尿病患者數量居全球第2位[1]。糖尿?。―M）屬于臨床常見(jiàn)代謝內分泌病，多發(fā)生于老年人，隨著(zhù)年齡的增高，其患病率也不斷增大，據報道，60歲為糖尿病患病的高峰期[2]。眾多研究表明，心血管疾病是糖尿病死亡的首要因素[3，4]，本文通過(guò)選取自2008年1月至2009年12月間于河源市人民醫院死亡的糖尿病患者共39例進(jìn)行回顧性分析，對以往文獻內容作出印證，并進(jìn)一步探討造成糖尿病患者心血管死亡的主要因素，報道如下。
