介入治療聯(lián)合三維適形放療治療肝癌的療效觀(guān)察

【摘要】 目的 探討肝癌介入治療聯(lián)合三維適形放療的療效。方法 采用回顧性分析的方法，分析收治的80例肝癌患者臨床資料，依據治療方式不同分為觀(guān)察組和對照組。

The Curative Effect Detection of Hepatoma by Intervention and Three Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy Cured

[Abstract] Objective To approach the intervention and three dimensional conformal radiation therapy cured of hepatoma. Method To retrospective analyze 80 cases clinical data of hepatoma patients in our hospital, which was to be divided into detection group and control group. Result The remission rate in the near future, one year, three year, five year survival rate of detection group were higher than control group, the adverse reaction rate of detection group was lower than control group, P<0.05, the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of hepatoma by intervention and three dimensional conformal radiation therapy cured，which was to be used.
近年來(lái)隨著(zhù)腫瘤發(fā)生率的不斷增高，肝癌作為消化系統常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤發(fā)生率也呈現增高的趨勢，其病死率在我國癌癥病死率中居第二位[1 2]。采用有效的治療方式一直是我科室探討的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題[3 4]。本研究通過(guò)對桂東人民醫院收治的肝癌患者80例治療情況進(jìn)行觀(guān)察，現報道如下。
