陰道假絲酵母菌病與個(gè)人衛生的流行病學(xué)探討

【摘要】 目的 通過(guò)女性陰道假絲酵母菌?。╒VC）的發(fā)病人群研究與個(gè)人衛生間的關(guān)系，制定明確的診斷方案及相應的治療方法，對VVC患者確定有效的防范措施。

An Epidemic Research on Vulvovaginal Candidiasis and Hygiene of Patients

[Abstract]Objective To make an inquiry into the clinical cause and factors which relate to epidemiology on vulvovaginal candidiasis, look for the invalid which have the dangerous, formulate the plan of diagnosis and treatment, make a plan about prevention measures on treating VVC. Methods Register samples of 1512patients going to Dalian friendship hospital gynecologic and birth control out patient department clinic on July 2009 were examined by mycology. At the same time, the patients with parroting the condition are checked about gynecology and registered. Results ①On 1512 incidence, these patients .of VVC is 39.31%. This is the highest in the incidence. ②Patients of VVC’s age among18 to 35 is 63.8%. ③Dangerous Factors in VVC incidence , the VVC incidence often used of vulva wash is 17.34% and apply uncleaned ladies’ goods is 9.43%.Conculsion ①Patients of VVC is the highest in the incidence. Patients which age among 18 to 35.is the63.8%.②There is Difference in uncleaned ladies’ goods and used of vulva wash. These reasons are dangerous cause.
我們生活中常見(jiàn)的被俗稱(chēng)為霉菌性陰道炎或念珠菌性陰道炎，是由假絲酵母菌引起的，臨床上稱(chēng)為陰道假絲酵母菌病。我們中的大部分婦女得過(guò)1次陰道假絲酵母菌病，其中40%~50%至少復發(fā)2次以上。由此可見(jiàn)在大多數婦女體內存在或曾經(jīng)存在陰道假絲酵母菌，并且由于該菌的存在而使她們的身體健康受到影響，近年來(lái)國內外的相關(guān)文獻報道此病發(fā)病率呈逐年上升趨勢[1]。國內關(guān)于該病的發(fā)病人群以及引起疾病的因素報道較少[2，3]，本次研究目的在于進(jìn)一步了解VVC患者主要發(fā)病年齡，在人群中的發(fā)病率，以及相關(guān)發(fā)病人群的個(gè)人衛生流行病學(xué)特征，從而找到患病的危險因素。探討女性陰道假絲酵母菌?。╒VC）的發(fā)病原因，危險因素和患者的衛生習慣間的關(guān)系，尋找高危人群，制定有效的預防方案，降低VVC疾病發(fā)生率。
