高壓氧輔助治療重癥流行性乙型腦炎的療效研究

【摘要】 目的 觀(guān)察高壓氧輔助治療重癥流行性乙型腦炎臨床療效。方法 就巴中市中心醫院感染科對2007年7月至2009年10月期間確診的64例重癥流行性乙型腦炎患兒分為治療組32例經(jīng)高壓氧輔助常規治療，對照組32例常規治療，將其療效進(jìn)行對比。

Effect of Adjuvant Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment on Patients with Severe Epidemic Encephalitis B

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of adjuvant hyperbaric oxygen treatment on patients with severe epidemic encephalitis B. Methods 64 cases with severe epidemic encephalitis B in Department of Infectious Diseases, The Center Hospital of Bazhong from July 2007 to October 2009 were divided into treatment group and control group with 32 patients in each group. The treatment group received conventional therapy plus hyperbaric oxygen treatment. The control group received conventional therapy only.The clinical efficacies in the two groups were compared. Results The duration of coma, convulsion, fever and pathological positive signs of patients in the treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05), and mortality and complications decreased significantly compared with the control group. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment on patients with severe epidemic encephalitis B in the treatment group has better clinical efficacy than the control group. hyperbaric oxygen treatment is recommended for patients with severe epidemic encephalitis B.
流行性乙型腦炎經(jīng)蟲(chóng)媒傳播，流行夏秋季節，臨床表現急性起病，發(fā)熱及不同程度的中樞神經(jīng)系統病變?yōu)橹饕Y狀。重癥流行性乙型腦炎（指流行性乙型腦炎的重型和極重型）常遺留后遺癥或危及生命。為了提高救治率，巴中市中心醫院感染科對2007年7月至2009年10月期間確診的32例重癥流行性乙型腦炎患兒，在常規治療的基礎上給予高壓氧輔助治療，并與常規治療的32例重癥流行性乙型腦炎患兒的療效進(jìn)行比較，療效顯著(zhù)，現在報道如下。
