奧卡西平治療癲癇的臨床效果觀(guān)察

【摘要】 目的 探討奧卡西平治療癲癇的臨床效果。方法 選擇2007年1月至2009年10月門(mén)診或住院治療的64例癲癇患者，隨機分為治療組和對照組各32例，治療組用奧卡西平治療，對照組用苯妥英鈉治療，比較兩組療效和不良反應。

Clinical Effect Observation of Oxcarbazepine to Treat Epilepsy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxcarbazepine to treat epilepsy. Method Select 64 epilepsy patients that treated in our hospital, who are randomly divided into treat group and control group, 32 patients each group, the treat group are treated with oxcarbazepine and the control group are treated with phenytoin, compare their treat effect and adverse effect. Results the total effect of treat group is 87.5%, which of the control group is 68.8%, the difference has statistical significance（P<0.05）, the treat effect of treat group is better than control group; 4 patients of the treat group have adverse effect, the rate is 12.5%, 11 patients of the control group have adverse effect, the rate is 34.3%, the difference is statistical significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion It has good effect of using oxcarbazepine to treat epilepsy and can be widely used in clinic.
癲癇是神經(jīng)系統的常見(jiàn)疾病，多見(jiàn)于兒童和青少年，主要表現為由于腦神經(jīng)過(guò)度放電引起的以反復發(fā)作和短暫性發(fā)作為主要特征的慢性腦部疾病，治療癲癇主要依靠抗癲癇藥物，以求能恢復或者保持患者原有的身心狀態(tài)和生活、學(xué)習、工作能力為主要目標，傳統的抗癲癇藥物如苯妥英鈉、卡馬西平等雖也有較好的療效，能夠控制70%~80%的患者發(fā)作，但也有明顯的缺點(diǎn)，如不良反應嚴重、藥物間可以相互作用等。奧卡西平(oxcarbazepine，oxc)是一種新型的抗癲癇藥物，最早于2000年被美國FDA批準上市，目前國內對奧卡西平的研究尚不多見(jiàn)，我們應用奧卡西平治療癲癇患者，取得一定效果，現將結果報道如下。
