解剖型鎖定鋼板內固定法治療股骨轉子間骨折

【摘要】 目的 研究解剖型鎖定鋼板內固定治療股骨轉子間骨折的方法及療效。 方法 對廣州市白云區人民醫院2007年5月至2009年10月采用解剖型鎖定鋼板內固定治療的68例股骨轉子間骨折患者，進(jìn)行隨訪(fǎng)調研。

[Abstract] Objective To research anatomical type plate fixation femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated and curative effect. Methods The clinical May 2007 until October 2009 using anatomical type plate fixation treatment of 38 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients and follow-up investigation. Results All cases follow-up 9~24 months, average 11 months, fracture healing, joint function all quite satisfactory. Conclusion Dissection type plate fixation femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated is one of the ideal method, especially suitable for people with easy operation, and the advantages of fixed firm.
股骨轉子間骨折是股骨頸基底部至小粗隆水平以上部位的骨折，好發(fā)于老年人，多與骨質(zhì)疏松有關(guān)。隨著(zhù)社會(huì )的老齡化，該骨折的發(fā)生率有逐年上升的趨勢[1，2]。廣州市白云區人民醫院2007年5月至2009年10月應用解剖型鎖定鋼板對股骨轉子間骨折進(jìn)行治療，取到了比較滿(mǎn)意的效果，報道如下。
